This was my third set of wheels in 7 years from Tokyowheel, all brilliant. Such a good set for the price. Would have liked to upgrade to DT disc hubs but the vapours are really good anyway.

I am running the Epic 5.6 with 44mm tyres, tubeless for road and gravel and they are so good! Smooth and fast. What more do you need.

This is an incredible business and my experience with them has any but perfect. I ordered my wheels EPIC 5.6 set in May 2021 and didn’t receive them until July 2022. Per my frequent and lengthy correspondence with customer support I.e. the owner this is my understanding of what happened. I ordered right as this company was switching production facilities. Everything that could go wrong went wrong including one new production facility took payment and never delivered products. Long story not so short now I have my wheels just as ordered! I absolutely love them and will definitely order my next wheel set from Tokyowheel as well!!

I installed my new Tokyo wheels (Epic 3.4) and they are wonderful.
On a 45 kilometer ride, I improved my average speed by 2 kilometers per hour.
I'm really happy.

I purchased the EPIC 3.4 wheelset with the standard spokes and Vapor2 freehub. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. I've got over 6K miles on them and they are still running true. The Vapor2 freehub is a 6 pawl design and is performing great.
I'd have given 5 Stars, but gave only 4 due to the following issues:
1) The delivery took excessively long, but that was due to the pandemic. Fortunately, Kane kept me well informed
2) At 6K miles, I have one bearing in my rear wheel that is already going bad. I ride in Southern California so the environment should be as good as it gets, so I'm a little disappointed in a bad bearing already. My OEM wheels had over 9K miles on them and they were still good.
Overall, great value and quality and would recommend. Would definitely buy again.

Several years ago, I acquired a S-works Roubaix from an estate and it was my size.
Riding with friends, they decided to swoop right, and go thru the parking lot. I had the braking power of Fred Flintstone. I stopped by the streetlight, and caught up to them.
At that point, I knew I needed newer pads.
I did a lot of research, and the Swisstop Yellow king was the best performing, I really hated the fact that modulation was not it's strong suit.
Then I found the Swisstop Black Prince. Almost the same stopping power, but it works for a more ham handed person.
If I'm not careful, I can lock up the rear wheel, so it's got grip

This was my first set of full carbon wheels so I had a lot of questions. They walked me through the best product for my needs. They literally did not sell me anything, they just helped me buy what I needed. During the process it was more like working with a friend. Great price, great product.

Order placed September 17th, still nothing. Terrible customer service. Buy your wheels from a dealer you trust and can walk in and talk to.

SCAM - NOTHING LESS

Disgusted - If I could give less than a score of 1 I would, surely scammers like this should be shut down in the day and age - products bought then cancelled stating can't source but been chasing for months now for refund, lies, excuses - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY- EVER

Big SCAM! No wheels delivered and no money refunded. After one month of the purchase, they canceled the order and inform "refund" processed, which never happened. The most impressive is that they keep their website active selling their products scamming more and more people. Do NOT buy from nothing from them!

Horendous company, took my money on black friday, then 10 days later, sent an email saying they have cancelled it as they can't fulfil the orders, but order again from their website, as the wheels on their website are actually in stock! the wheels they cancelled on me, were listed on the website. I have now been chasing the refund with nothing lies and bluff... I would not trust anything about them.

ATTENTION: Maybe Tokyowheel have problems rigth now. Be careful.
My experience dates back to 2020 not 2021.
Ordered a set of Epic 5.6. After a while I then cancelled the order due to a timeframe. I was refunded by Tokoywheel rather swiftly. There was very good and helpful communication. I still consider buying a set wheels for the next season.

This website do not deliver the products. In case of cancellation of the order, they will never return your money back.
I strongly do not recommend this website by any chance.
