Misleading Trash/Scam

Relative clicked on their advertisement (trading as premioascelta.it) to win one of multiple (they use the plural) 1000€ gift cards.

Except the fine print says total value of the prizes is 1000€ (so only one card). And people can subscribe for one year.

Zero chances of winning, but they started sending commercial comms to email and phone almost immediately.

This Toleadoo gmbh contacted me just…

This Toleadoo gmbh contacted me just like the others I have read here , I received a call from a lotto crowd within 30 mins and never gave him a chance to say anymore to me before I told him to remove my name off their list and if I have to get a solicitor onto them for harrassment calls or other contacting means , then i will not hesitate on making sure i took them thru the proper legal channels AND THEY CAN CHASE WHOMEVER SOLD THEM MY CONTACT DETAILS. avoid filling in any personal details for these scammers dont even click the link..

I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT TO OTHER USERS , I RECIEVED CALLS FROM SOME OF THE PEOPLE MY NUMBER WAS SOLD TOO , i have told them to remove my details or i will do nothing but ring their phone numbers DAY AND NIGHT until i get bored.. One company from Leeds told me they are removing my details and i wont hear from them again .

Any users reading my post should tell the spammers who ring them that they will RING THAT COMPANYS NUMBER DAY AND NIGHT WITH THEIR OWN PERSONAL NUMBER WITHELD just so the unwanted callers CAN'T BLOCK US 🤣 this will put the cats among the pigeons and make them think twice about how annoying their calls are to the community that they themselves spam call AND LETS SEE HOW THEY LIKE IT when we turn the tables back towards them .

Persistent spammers/scammers

An endless succession of bogus giftcard spam emails with the primary intention of getting me to sign up to a range of goods and services and presumably verify as much of my personal and financial details as I'm foolish enough to divulge, no detectable merit or value!

Will sell your details to scammers / telemarketers

They sell your details to any telemarketers that want them, junk calls went from 1 a month to 1 a day, and I've received a number of email phishing scams to an old email i used along with a random name used so i know it was this scummy company that sold my details to the scammers.

I barely did a contest for a ps5 with…

I barely did a contest for a ps5 with this company and unfortunately, i let them have my cellphonenumber. I did however never complete it therefor we have no contract in any sense so they use my information illegaly. This happened yesterday.

This day/morning a insurence company tried to call me and shortly after another "company" of this contest tried to tell "i had won something" but I couldn't stand his scamy tone so I said thank you but no thank you, there is a better chance I buy one myself than to be congratulated by someone who use a service to harass people and sell their information EVEN if the contester does not fulfill the contest. Nothing was engaged in any completion.

I clearly did not recieve or accept anything of this, I hope more companies tele me so I can ask them where I can contact who they bought my information of.

This was in Sweden. Some random smartass "Charlie" works for them, the typical callcenter arrogant who only cares about sells, tried to convince me "I had o
Won something" with a tone that screamed scam.

I'm glad when I see the reviews I did the right thing.

We need more descent things in this world.

How to unsubscribe??

I am afraid that I clicked on their app, but i did not fill out the form, so I have not given them any information. Still I am a bit afraid of getting advertisement etc. Do anyone know how to get out of it again, just in case?
