You are a disgrace to your loyal customers who play your Cinco game. Without telling us you have reduced the big jackpots by 80%. Instead of apologising you just brush it off in your reply to another player who complained about it. You could have at least asked our opinions on it. Unhappy customer
We as customers are not asked about updates. You just go ahead and do them and when we complain you say it’s to improve things, like joining the chats in cinco it’s very confusing and no one likes it. Now out of the blue you have reduced the jp . Was told we now have more numbers to get it in but no we don’t it’s still 5 for top amount, 6 for next & 7 for last. Sorry but not happy with the way things are done it’s very underhanded it was only by chance we noticed jp reduced.

I have been on tombola for years and compared to other bingo sites you actually get value for money games which makes your funds last longer. Payouts are good for what you stake and there's rooms for players of all different stakes so something for everyone. The variety of games is good. The bingo site is good for winning and ive found I win a bit but the arcade just takes all your cash with little payouts. All round though good value and good chat community

I been playing for years, I used to enjoy it, recently won 25pound on free game which was amazing and completely unexpected but couldn't withdraw so tried spin won 10pound withdrew and sacrificed bonus. Not as good as used to be ,To many promo's so have to be extremely lucky for a chance and lot of promo's on spins which spoils bingo. Just my personal opinion
