Horrible, arrogant people to deal with. They don't respond to phone calls or emails in any acceptable timeframes and manner.
Do yourself(ves) are a great favour and look elsewhere!
Specifically, we noted the following issues:
Surface Defects: There are visible bubbles and "orange peel" textures on several components, suggesting poor pre-treatment or application.
Inconsistent Coverage: The coating thickness is uneven, particularly around the edges, leaving the metal vulnerable to corrosion.
Lead Time Delays: The project was returned weeks later than promised, which has caused significant delays in our own assembly schedule.
