First time customer! Very fast quote, communicative staff, and provided a competitive price! Translations for three languages was completed in only 4 days and did not require any revisions. Another company I used required multiple revisions which took more time. Would use Tomedes again for my translation needs!

I reached out to a translation agency… I do not recommend this agency if you value your time and money.
I reached out to a translation agency for machine translation post-editing (MTPE) services, providing them with all the necessary *.xliff files for analysis. Instead of calculating the cost for MTPE services, they billed me as if it were a full translation from scratch, which is completely inaccurate. Such an approach not only demonstrates unprofessionalism but also dishonesty, as it was clearly stated that only post-editing was required, not a complete translation. This will lead to an unjustified increase in the cost of services. Disappointed with the service and their approach to clients, I do not recommend this agency if you value your time and money.
You sent me the file with the cost calculation (I can upload it here as proof if you want to argue) — let everyone see how you calculate the cost of work, without even analyzing the files sent by the client, in which it is clear that only 10-20% of the total volume require corrections, while 80-90% are already of excellent quality and without distortions. But you, apparently, consider all clients to be fools from whom you can squeeze extra money out of thin air. You took the total word count (100%) and multiplied it by the cost of translating from scratch for each word.
Let all potential clients steer clear of you! Greedy fraudsters.
