Another one

They won’t answer their phone, they can’t take messages because their box is full. I texted their number and their only response is how’s you get this number. Emails get no response, and no my item was not preorder and plenty in inventory. If you’re looking at items like this just go to Etsy, ordering through these guys is a shot in the dark unless you go to their store.

Update 4/18/23
Let me be real clear ITEM WAS IN STOCK..NOT ON PREORDER.
I posted a review everywhere I can and they seem to be good about deleting and answering reviews with “let us help you” how about you stop answering reviews and answer emails. Filed a refund through my bank, and received a refund email from tomiking the next day. The item I purchased is not even on their new website… all this smells like fraud.

This is my worst shopping experience…

This is my worst shopping experience ever. I pre-ordered something and it's been 5 months and I still haven't received it. Emails, texts, and Instagram calls got no response. Customer service is super bad. I advise everyone not to pre-order or buy from their home. Things whose price is higher than the market price are not worth consumers to consume.

Tomiking is an awful retailer, scammer.

Tomiking is an awful retailer, might as well be a scammer - buyer beware!
The Instagram memes may be great, but my experience actually receiving items I've paid for from Tomiking has been terrible. It started in November 2022, I got hooked on a few "claim sales" on Instagram which were super fun; 3 weeks to get those items, which seems a bit excessive but I was more than willing to cut some slack on, for what I thought was a small retailer trying to grow their reach thru Social Media. The items I got were great- except for one thing I purchased, which wasn't sent to me, instead I got a hand-written Post-it Note stating that it had been "misplaced" and that a new item had been ordered for me. Reader, that should have been a red flag...
I put in two orders in January 2023, for a collection of pre-order items that were supposed to come in over a range of dates, from Jan 5 to Apr 29. These two orders together totaled over $200.
I waited unti January 11 to ask about my missing claim sale- no response. Since then, I've sent 7 additional emails, 4 Instagram messages, and one message through their website (currently down for "maintenance") asking for updates on my orders, and have only received 1 response, via email- which was a form response, completely ignored my specific quesitions, and was absolutely unhelpful.
When their website was last functional, 3 of the "pre-order" items whose in-stock dates have been reached were actually shown as in-stock and available for immediate shipping- but I'm getting scammed out of my pre-order and payment?
The last straw for me, was getting an email last week asking to re-send any open requests so that they could start with a "clean slate" and address open issues. It has been one week since I sent my note- I'm still seeing memes on the Instagram, but no response to my previous emails, or the new one I sent for the "clean slate".
Finally did some research last week, and my suspicions were confirmed. The owner of Tomiking are apparently the same folks behind a previous scam called Sneak Foot - Google for enlightenment. You can never be too trusting.

Company Has History of Not Fufilling Orders

Add me to the humongous pile of people who have ordered products, paid for products, and have not received products . . . and then got no response when an inquiries were sent. I am not certain what this business is, but it does not deserve to continue on as is. This business is owned by the same Justin Godsey who is the subject of this story by WRIC titled "New information uncovered about online retailer with local connection accused of not fulfilling orders". Happy to say that I only lost about $60 on the two items. I am fortunate. The company, on the other hand, is not as fortunate as they have conned a man who has a lot of time on his hands. How this has not made its way to Virginia's Office of the Attorney General is mind boggling. Copy and paste the info below to see the news story.

I would not recommend buying anything…

I would not recommend buying anything from the site. I ordered a “Gucci” Porsche from them in October 2022 and it’s now March 2023, still haven’t received anything. They barely respond to my refund requests by replying with generic answers every other month. I’ve even tried to reach them on different social platforms and they blocked me. Buyer beware!

Order was never sent

Order was never sent, no response from email. Only way to communicate is through Instagram. They created a shipping label that never shipped and refused a refund. Please don’t spend your time or money here!

Genuine, but lacking in communication

We’ve had a hard time trying to communicate with this store. We had sent emails and had no response. I gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait it out. I get the whole small business thing. However, weeks went by so I decided to message them on instagram. To my surprise they responded. Well, they responded and then didn’t. I get it. They have a large following, it can be hard to keep track. Well, I sent a follow up DM and nothing. My husband (who purchased with our money) had also DM’d and finally got a response and some clarification. Now, I’m giving them 3 stars because we did receive one order from them. However, their communication is LACKING. We finally got everything canceled and refunded by leaving a comment on their instagram. The whole process was very frustrating considering we had no update emails on anything and we’re out $100 for months. Despite all of it, they are super sweet when they do respond and do go out of their way to help you. I think if they can figure out the communication aspect it will be a 5 star company, but until then it’s a 3 from us.
