Geld seit Februar überwiesen, aber keine einzige Leistung von TOMO AGENCY erfüllt. Anstelle der Infomail laut AGB‘s keine Informationen erhalten. Coldplay Ticket einen Tag vor Flug storniert. Wöchentliche Telefonate und unzählige WhatsApp mit CHRIS, der lässt sich ständig neue Ausreden einfallen. WIR SOLLTEN EINE SAMMELKLAGE ORGANISIEREN!
I've paid money since February, but not received a single service. Instead of the email according to the terms and conditions, I received no information. TOMO AGENCY canceled our Coldplay ticket the day before our flight. Weekly phone calls and countless WhatsApp messages with CHRIS, who constantly uses many different excuses. WE SHOULD ORGANIZE A CLASS ACTION SUIT!
Ik maak al sinds februari geld over, maar TOMO AGENCY heeft nog geen enkele dienst geleverd. Ik heb geen informatie ontvangen, noch de e-mail die ik volgens de algemene voorwaarden heb ontvangen. Ik heb mijn Coldplay-ticket een dag voor mijn vlucht geannuleerd. Wekelijks telefoontjes en talloze WhatsApp-berichten met Chris, die steeds weer met nieuwe smoesjes komt. WE MOETEN EEN COLLECTIEVE RECHTSZAAK BEGINNEN!

Review: A Clearly Negative Experience
I want to share my personal experience with this company to help others with their decision. The handling of my order was disappointing and characterized by unreliability.

Although I did not want to cancel the tickets, they were unilaterally canceled. This was justified with a reference to their General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which grant the company this right. The promised contact four weeks before the event never happened.

Communication Problems: Communication was difficult, partly due to incorrectly saved email addresses. Attempts to make phone contact failed because the numbers were no longer reachable after a short time.

No Resolution: Attempts to find an amicable solution were unsuccessful.

Unfulfilled Promise: The assured contact before the event did not take place.

No Refund: Although the full purchase price was promised in writing, it has not been received to this day.

Overall, the process took several months and is still not reolved, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Anyone who values reliable communication and secure ticket bookings should take this into consideration when making their choice.
