This is for Tom's Rubbish Bristol. Quick turnaround from us getting in touch to rubbish removal, Grace in the office was really helpful. We had about half a ton of broken concrete in bags from when we replaced our path and the team removed it quietly and efficiently, we are very impressed! Many thanks to you all.

I have used you twice now. My property is not the easiest to access, and there is a lot of clutter and on-street parking. BUT both times your drivers have attended, they have approached the problems with a positive "can-do" attitude. Expertly manipulating the skip into place, without any damage to fencing and properties. They also offered valuable expert advice on how I might assist in the future to minimize the impact, which as a non-builder I really appreciated. The price for all of this - £40.00 less than the nearest equivalent quote. So I was really impressed and will use them again.

The Driver was excellent and very helpful - considering it was not the ideal location for the deployment of the skip, which was bigger than last time. I was very happy with both the way the booking team assisted and kept me updated.

Can you tell your driver that blocked the crosshatch by the barbers, then stopped blocking the entire junction after I hooted at him, he's a great advertisement for your business, especially after he held his phone up to try and take a photo of my reg so he can "come find me"
I've used you several times before, but will take my business elsewhere in future.

Joke of a company delivered skip day late only wonted it for weekend still got it nearly 2 weeks later no one answers the phone or reply’s to emails and when you do speak to them they can’t give a straight answer

The staff are rude.
