The price of the cartridges was good and the delivery was quick.
The first time I ordered, I accidentally ordered the wrong cartridges. They were happy to cancel the order and refund my money, with no obligations.

Item was not able to be supplied, The online store should have advised me when checking out that they didn't actually have one it would need to be sourced at time of order not just canceled days later.

Hi Brett, we appreciate your feedback. As you are a fellow supplier in the toner industry, you would be aware that the item ordered (a $55 Canon copy cartridge) was long discontinued.
You placed the order on Thursday and after considerable attempted sourcing, we ordered the item from a supplier on the same day. However we were advised on Friday afternoon that it was actually not in their inventory as promised. As it was the end of the Financial Year, and it was extremely busy, we were unable to advise you until Monday morning at the first opportunity. This was no more than 2 business day from your order.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but considering this is an usually difficult item to find, we feel that we did the best possible under the circumstances. Based on this, we would really appreciate if you would review your rating. Thanks, Gabriel Tonermaket

Hi Suzie, thanks for reaching out. As previously mentioned when we spoke, it seems that as both sets dididn't work, this would point to an HP problem as they are genuine inks. Normally, the first step is to contact HP direct who wil run through a step by step troubleshooter.
