So I brought my original tonie box far to early for my little boy he had no interest, now he’s 5 my little boy took an interest but it stopped charging, raffy at customer service helped me which I really appreciate my little boy is now really happy and raffy really helped us thank you raffy!!!!!!!!!! We will now be getting games for our new tonie box 2!!!! You raffy Kept us as customers!!! Really pleased the tonie box 2 is loads better!!!

My daughter got her Toniebox 2 almost 5 months ago and I can honestly say its one of the most loved toys in our house. From listening to her favourite stories from chosen Tonie figures, to creating her own stories and sharing them with her siblings using the creative Tonie, the enjoyment and novelty is endless.

Our Son age 5 loves his Tonie 2, goes to bed every night listing to it while going to sleep . Loves the Tonie play as well. The Customer is great were they replied quickly over a weekend when I had technical question and were able to provide me guidance on how to resolve the issue.

We absolutely love our tonie box. We had a problem with it within warrantee “code fox” and had a replacement within a week. I’ve had other contact with customer service (for invoices) and it’s been consistently very good, thorough; with things proactively followed up on. We adore the variety of stories and products on offer and expect to be long term customers.

Our Tonie box was giving me a codeword and telling me to contact customer services which I did, from my first email, customer service was great, one of the best customer services I’ve used, not forgetting to mention how great the tonie box & all the characters are as well

I waited over two weeks for my delivery only to find it delivered to a random address and the image on the delivery is not mine.
I’ve emailed four times over the past few days but haven’t received a reply and the package is long gone!!
Avoid ordering direct from this company!!!

My granddaughters Tonie stopped charging, to say she was devastated is an understatement as she is 3 years old and absolutely loves her stories every evening and signing and dancing along to all her characters. I contacted Tonie on Saturday lunchtime and but Saturday evening everything was sorted and the Tonie replacement was sorted. Amazing service can't fault anything, thank you so much

Fantastic customer support. Toniebox stopped charging, emailed support and received a reply within 30 mins. Tried the troubleshooting tips and still wouldn’t charge, so after verifying my toniebox ID & order number, agreed to send the box & charger back to Tonies and receive a voucher for a brand new toniebox. All wrapped up within a couple of days, new toniebox being delivered this week! Thanks again for your prompt help & support.

I ordered from tonies for my granddaughters birthday, ordered for next day delivery. The parcel got lost which happens. I emailed tonies and they were very helpful and sympathetic. And very swiftly got it sorted and sent out another order which I received the very next day! They were so apologetic. It was a very pleasant surprise to get it sorted so quickly! Thank you so much! Continually attempted to contact customer support as Tonies box not working since purchased Cannot speak ti anyone and appears to he uncontactible. We get message Fox and followed instructions given for this but still not working .

Awesome customer service! The product sells itself as kids love it (my daughter is obsessed with her Toniebox as we don't use any screens, so she's often listening to her Tonie box). But unfortunately it broke - the customer service was 10/10. I sent pics and videos of it not working and they sent a return label and dispatched me a replacement Toniebox with a free gifted Tonie character inside. My daughter was soo happy :)
100% would recommend you buying a Toniebox just for how great the customer service is tbh - and your kid will definitely love it with all the characters.

Ordered the tonie box 2 bundle with 3 tonies for my sons birthday on express delivery (which paid extra for) haven’t received the tonie box. Tracking says shipment created for last 3 days with no update at all. Customer service team are slow to respond. Not a great start, my son will not be receiving this for his birthday now. If I had been contacted I would have liked a refund and I could have bought it in a shop so he could at least open it for his birthday .

Had email stating it had been dispatched, paid for next day delivery but nothing arrived. Customer service difficult to get hold of. Parcel company states it is still with Tonies but they said it has been dispatched. Nothing has been done about the whereabouts of the parcel.

We've been devoted Tonies customers for years, my son has an impressive collection and listens to his Toniebox every single morning. We've spent well over £600 on the box, Tonies, and accessories, and I've recommended the brand to friends and on social media without hesitation.
So it's genuinely disappointing to have to write this. When the Toniebox developed a fault, I contacted customer support and was walked through a lengthy back-and-forth process, including being asked to film and submit a video, only to be told there was nothing they could do. I already knew the device was outside the two-year warranty. A simple check of my account would have told them the same thing from the start.
No goodwill gesture, no discount on a replacement, nothing.
Tonies, you make a product children genuinely love. It's a shame your support doesn't reflect that.
