We have placed an order and paid for it on your web store and we have been waiting for a response from the seller for 3 weeks. They do not answer internal messages about the order or emails. However, they have charged but they do not inform or send the order... We are still waiting for a response...

No Customer Service
I sent them an email with a question about one of their products. It took them a month to reply, and the reply didn't answer my question, so I asked again. As of now, 2 months since my initial enquiry, they haven't got back to me. Awful and lazy that no-one could be bothered to take the 10 seconds to provide me with an answer.
