Absolutely do NOT use this company for ANY reason. It took 26 days to receive my order. They said 3-6 business days. They said it was undeliverable after 22 days when it had the correct address.
Exact breakdown: ordered Nov 30
-Dec 11 it show up in Chicago area. It took 12 days just to get to a Chicago suburb. Is it coming from China? I don’t know.
-December 14, it arrives in Indianapolis, the city of destination.
-Dec 22 I was notified that it would be returned to sender.
-Dec 25- finally delivered.
I could’ve walked there quicker. Please note the excessive wait times between cities.
Absolutely worst service EVER! I spent countless hours calling and texting and emailing!
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Unreliable Delivery Service and No Customer Support
I ordered a coffee tool on Amazon that shipped from China, and the final delivery was handled by TOOEXPRESS. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. Their tracking system either doesn’t work or isn’t updated, customer support never responds to emails, and the phone numbers listed on their website are invalid or out of service. With no way to get accurate information or assistance, the whole process felt unreliable and unprofessional. Very disappointing overall.
Edit: It’s been 40 days, still didn’t get my package…
