Terrible exchange, keep away from it.
1- Some market stickers get stuck and not update for hours.
2- Their derivatives account doesn't work. You close a position at Market Order with profit, and it closes the position without it. Imagine how you will feel when u go through the stress of leverage and find out your profit was reduced by 90% or so.

3- Their CS barely works, when it does, agents can't help, and they will always tell you a team in looking into it. Also they take ages to reply, and If you go away cuz they are taking to long, it closes the conversation because you haven't said anything for some time.

How could services like that be allowed at all? There should be regulation about such poor service.

Hello, according to my long experience, you don't value your customers at all, you don't have a good support to answer, you reply very late and you postpone everything for later, the financial and mental conditions of the customers don't matter to you. I have received my money for 11 days now because it is from an Iranian exchange. After the deposit, you blocked it and you didn't get a correct answer at all. I'm really sorry for the person who introduced Toobit exchange to me. I worked with Bingx exchange for two years, and there was not the slightest problem.

I haven't got any response from your customer service. I need my money back.

At first they will invite you to like SHEIN product for reviews, 3 successfull heart react they will pay you 100 peso, then next task will trade you to 900 peso, untill it comes to 12,500 and so on..

It happen that i am in the last order task, and i don't have enough money to trade more, but my manager insist to finish the third order. I drown to debt now, and i trade my little savings, and now i am in debt. I thought it was good at first, but i fall to the trick of the manager and finance!

I have deposit but they still did not add to my acc .
I write 4 times to customer support but they did not answer.
I check the adress movements which ı send.they move to coins to another wallet.
Hopefully they will add assents to my acc.
If not ıt will be big scam.ı am very sad.

Lost money due to a major platform flaw. My ETH/USDT Futures Grid Bot was closed by Toobit with an 'error,' selling my ETH at a completely fictional price of $2000 when the actual market price was $2350. Even if the price had dropped to $2000, I would have been nowhere near liquidation.
Support was unresponsive: No Apologies, no compensation, no communication. I tried to reach them for 10 days, nothing. I will never trust toobit with my money again

10/24 EDIT: this is a reply to toobit on trustpilot : I have tried to contact you several times already on that email. You never reply. I still haven’t received any news from your part. I sent a new email today.
10/28 EDIT 2 : TOOBIT finally replied by email because of my review on Trustpilot. They said they will only give me a 'trading voucher' on the condition that I delete my review. This is blackmail. And not even a real compensation. So no and goodbye to this scam
04/11 EDIT 3 : Toobit now Marked this as "resolved", which is simply not true. They have done nothing to help.

It's been a year since I started using this app, and I can honestly say that I haven't found another trading app that is as convenient and secure for me.

Well aside the gas fees which has been reduced from $0.9 to $0.3, buying and selling of my gems was even more seamless which helped me to close my trades at the right time without much loss. Nice exchange I have to say.

Honestly, great exchange with unique features. Their development team are great. I've received great support from them and many times helped me to solve my problems. I like the indicators they've put on their chart. Great DCA trading bot as well. Also, OCO option on spot! Recently, i've noticed they've upgraded their copy trading and wow, it's reaaaalllyy cool. Highly suggested to try it out. Don't forget to use their demo trading as well😉

I've been using the Toobit exchange for a few months now and I haven't had any problems or encountered any bugs. I'm just waiting for other features like P2P like other exchanges have.

They didn't pay many people who did their task. If you don't want to join our group, do not deposit your money here.
There are better exchanges, use them.
