Product Description Mis-Selling
Product description highlighted 12 Mole traps but only one supplied.
My response to a Toolbox e-mail:' I understand from your email that Toolbox takes no responsibility for this mis-selling. The product display page fails to highlight that Toolbox is not the seller/supplier and therefore takes no responsibility if the product fails to meet the advertised criteria. May I recommend that Toolbox highlights these facts so a consumer can make an informed choice whether to purchase the product or not.

Prompt delivery
Goods received promptly and in good condition.
The only slight irritation is the checkout. There is no way to create an account, your information has to be entered separately each time you place an order also you can't paste info into the checkout fields it all has to be keyed in.
That said I will use again.

Service good - item rubbish
I have already responded to an enquiry from yourselves by email and have been told that my complaint is being looked into.
Basically, the drill bits were too flimsy and not fit for purpose - they spun off centre and just made a mess when used.
