Truly does not even warrant one star

Truly does not even warrant one star. We ordered mixer nearly three months ago. It arrived damaged. The damage had been covered up with shipping labels. After a month of speaking to John, who was going to take care of the issue, I spent another month speaking to Luke about it. It's nearly three months in and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

Broken Product Delivered; Zero Customer Service

Bought the "Sumner 108-8S Cylinder Cart" on May 13, 2020. Delivered on May 20, 2020. Packaging looked like a bunch of Kindergarteners used a box load of clear packing tape to wrap up a lot of cardboard scraps around a wad of bubble-wrap. When I unpacked the cart, I found the axle bearings on both sides of one wheel/ tire were broken off from the wheel and the cart was not at all safe to use with a high pressure cylinder mounted as designed. Multiple telephone calls and repeated emails to two different customer service reps with no resolution; no substantive response; no help or remedy at all. I even offered to have them just knock a few dollars and I would buy a replacement wheel locally and be done with it. Result: Crickets. This will be the only time I ever buy anything from Toolfetch.com. The worst customer service experience considering this was such a simple, easy-to-fix item.

I wanted to share this follow up: Given the failure to resolve the issue, I decided to dispute the charge for this cart through my credit card company whereby they promptly placed a hold on sending the money for the full purchase price to the company. I then sent an email to the Co-Founder/ CEO of Toolfetch.com. I am pleased to share that by the next day, the customer service response became exceptional. The rep whom I initially contacted about the issue (and whom I felt was ignoring me for nearly a month), called me; offered what I felt was a sincere apology and quickly arranged for the manufacturer to overnight me a new pair of wheels for the cart. They arrived as promised; all is now well; I promptly asked my credit card issuer to remove my dispute on the charge; case closed successfully. If their initial customer service response was like this, a 5-star rating would have clearly been earned and deserved.

After speaking with a representative at…

After speaking with a representative at Toolfetch, I ordered a part for my pump. After receiving it, I found out it was not the part we had discussed. It wasn't going to do the job. After speaking with customer service, I found out to return the item, I would only get little more than half of my cost back. They cited "return fee" and "stocking fee". I kept the part. I'll use it for something else. I should have read the reviews a little closer.

"I ordered a Greenlee Mini-Field Office from Toolfetch place back on November 30, 2018. The last thing I heard from them was when I called back in December to check on the order status because when I logged in to my account, my order was listed as "Processing." I was told that the manufacturer should be shipping my item within the next week. I kept checking my order status and it started being listed as back-ordered with varying dates. The last date was supposed to be today. Now, it has been pushed back another week. Of course, they have already gotten their $2,692.47.

I have had to log in to my account to get status updates because I have not gotten any emails or phone calls from Toolfetch. I thought I had found a great deal but apparently, the deal was no deal at all. I work for a city and this item is eventually going to be used for disaster response prep for our citizens, if we ever get it. I am not asking for much, just some communication without me having to go fishing for information.

Dishonest customer service

Dishonest customer service, I could tell one of the ladies that I spoke to on the phone was lying told me my order was coming from Georgia when I already knew the warehouse was in California. Order did not ship within 48 hours as promised. Customer service just blamed it on the UPS carrier.

Terrible

Terrible, dishonest, they take extra money for shipping 3 day and say it will ship in 3 to 4 days. Item shipping in 11 days but still had to pay extra for 3 day air. NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER FROM TOOLFETCH .COM!!!!

Returns

Horrible return policy, 15% restocking fee and i would have to pay to ship the item back. The item was never opened it was purchased by mistake.

Doesn't Know How To Make Customer Happy After Order Errors

I ordered from Toolfetch some brass stencils that were being forwarded onto another customer in AK. First off you should know that Toolfetch doesn't stock anything and it's all sent drop ship from the manufacturer's (which is fine). I did receive the product after about 7 days but it was the wrong stencils. I called to have it returned and for them to ship the correct ones out. They said they had to wait until the manufacturer received the other ones back before the right ones could go out (another week wasted). So I asked if they could ship the replacement order out to AK instead of CA to save time. They said they would absolutely not do because it would cost too much money. Then they sent the replacement out next day air (which probably cost more than shipping to AK). Ontop of that they sent the wrong quantity. Once again I asked them to do a direct shipment to Alaska and they wouldn't do it, even to make a customer happy. Then once again they sent out the 3rd replacement via 2nd day air. All in all toolfetch has terrible customer service and terrible management decisions. They have no idea how to do the right thing after a mistake has been made. Keep far away from this company if you want a positive expereince.

Will not refund my money. Will not be doing business with Tool Fetch again.

After failing to ship for several weeks I tried to get them to refund the purchase price. They agreed to give me my money back but 2 months later still haven't heard from them. Reported them to my credit card company and the bank refunded my purchase price.

My credit card company says Tool Fetch still hasn't contacted them. Oh well. I'll let Tool Fetch deal with the banks lawyers.

Terrible company.

It is amazing this company can stay in business!

It took more than FIVE WEEKS to refund my money after YOU shipped your product improperly. You don't ship 25' of 20 mil plastic sheeting 72" wide, folded ten times and crammed in a14" x 14" box.
I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE SUCKS!!!
I am now going to each online group I am associated with and telling my experience with your company to everyone I can!!!

Worst Customer Service

Toolfetch does not stand behind the products they sell and apparently they do not accept returns. I purchased a torque wrench from them that was defective right out of the box. They told me to return it to the manufacturer. I don't want to buy something and immediately have to send it to the manufacturer for repairs. They refused to exchange it or give me a refund. Worst experience with a retailer I've ever had.

Fast Shipping and Easy to Deal With

Ordered my christmas present for my son, I was worried b/c it was a few days before Christmas and i thought he wouldn't receive it. I spoke with a Toolfetch sales rep who was very friendly and helpful and upgraded my shipping to 2nd day air at no charge! To my surprise the order arrived as promised and they paid for the additional expedited shipping. My son was happy and I was extremely excited. I will be telling others about toolfetch's great service and customer service.

If you like to play games order form toolfetch I dare you

Lets keep this short. I think that the only people that rate this company 5 stars are employees. I paid 3 day shipping on October 26 and it is now December 5 and still no tools. Every time I called I was told it would be next week. I asked to have an e-mail sent to me about my order due to my work schedule and never got the e-mail that i WAS PROMISED. Christian and Dave will hand you off to each other so they can make you feel like you are getting somewhere with your order. If you read reviews please read mine and beware. I normally do not write reviews but this experience was the worst.
