Suspicious Customer Service Activity

Sent an email for tracking info since none was provided. Was then notified via email that the order was on hold due to an issue with the shipping address. After this, I received (2) phone calls from a private number that turned out to be their 'Head of Marketing and Customer Support'. When I called Toolmarts to follow up on these phone calls, I was then told that they miscalculated the cost of shipping (FYI shipping was stated as 'free' on the website). The Head of Marketing and Customer Support then asked me if I would pay $50 to help cover the difference in shipping cost. I told her that she could just cancel the order, and she declined. She then asked if I would pay $20. When asked if they were just going to charge this to the card on file, she said that I could just send $20 via CashApp. After I declined the $20 CashApp payment she got frustrated and said she was just going to cancel the order.

Nonexistent Customer Service

I have sent two emails and left a message with no response. My order has not shipped, and I just want an estimate of when to expect it. I am paying $70 more dollars than I could have bought it at a box store that has them in stock. It is the no replying that is very frustrating.

Item listng says “ships same day”

Item listng says “ships same day”. It still hasn’t shipped as far as I can tell and they won’t answer email or phone to find out what’s going on. Sorry they got my money. Never again.

shipping estimate is wrong

shipping estimate is not close to accurate. It's 10 business days today. still no package. checked tracking yesterday and no status yet. like is still hasn't been picked up yet. Checked tracking this morning. says delivery by Friday. 14 days is a bit extreme in today's world. If you told 14 days up front, I'd have a better review. Just be truthful. I can manage my own expectations.

Nonexistent customer service

My order was placed Oct 30 and today is Nov. 21—no order received. No communication from Toolmart updating me on my order. I have left 4 messages asking for an update—they claim they will call back instead of having you wait by the phone. Today Jeff called and left a message with no update. I have since left 2 more messages asking for a callback.
