I'm not really sure why you would ask me for a review as the item that I ordered has not even been shipped to me yet. But if I had to rate the site I would give it a 5-star review for the ease and overall use. But as no one from Toolmarts.com even contacted me to tell me that my order was going to be delayed and the simple fact that I haven't received the product yet I am going to hold off on that 5-star until I see my order.
We ordered from toolmart because the delivery date was within 7 days and we needed the item. After we paid for the item we received a message a week later that the item was back ordered. Every other site let us know this before we ordered. I would have appreciated full disclosure so I can have made an informed decision.
Initial review was incorrect - the service was fast, easy, and product was as expected.
Items were listed as in stock, 3 weeks after order it was cancelled due to the item being out of stock

Had hoped to get my order of 2 sanding spindles, but found out that the vendor and even the factory is out of stock and I likely won't see my order for another 6 weeks, on top of the 3 weeks I have already waited.

Everything was really good, a bit long waiting time, but that's actually understandable, because you can't buy that tool anywhere, so as far as I understand, it was ordered directly from Japan. The delivery is perfect, everything is clean and packed from the factory
Order never showed up still. Took 2 emails to get a response that it will ship soon. Been 2 weeks and still nothing and no update. I would never order from again. Seems like a scam to me

I ordered an item, my credit card was billed and I received a confirmation email.
THREE DAYS later I was informed that my order was cancelled with no explanation. The. Credit card charge was reversed but those lost three days really screwed up my schedule for the job I was working on at the time.

Bad customer service, Shipped me one part but the product was supposed to be a set of 5. Called twice and emailed twice with No response. After leaving a comment on their Facebook page I finaly got a response and learned that they were out of stock and could not supply the missing 4 pieces. They gave me a refund for the missing 4. They told me they are going to do better with the customer communication. I would have given them 5 stars if they had sent a note with the original order saying there were no more in stock, and/or if they would have responded to my emails or phone calls. Whoever is in charge of their customer service needs to be replaced because they have no idea what good customer service is
