Friendly, caring, efficient.

Toolorders stock quality tools and there service is fantastic with helpful, friendly staff. Items are shipped almost immediately.

After looking at the website, I found the tool I was looking for - which wasn't stocked on many other sites - and called the mobile number to check on delivery timescales. There was no answer so I order anyway. I then got a call back (which was on a Sunday btw) and the person was friendly, reassured me on delivery times and even guess at my reason for purchasing the tool.

It arrive on time and had a personal not saying "enjoy the cycling" - which was the purpose of the tool.

I decided to buy a complete workshop tool kit, after searching online for available products, I decided to purchase the Teng1001 complete tool kit. It arrived the very next day, after spending a couple of hours unpacking and assembling the tool boxes into one unit, I was very pleased with the Quality of the tools and the boxes, the tool kit it is very comprehensive, I am looking forward to using the tools for a restoration project I have.

The web site was so easy to use and was kept updated by email and very fast delivery.

I looked on your website on a sunday searching for my requirements & finding exactly what I needed. Having had the experience of items being on websites but not in stock I decided to call and check on availablility.
Even though you were closed (being sunday) my call was diverted and picked up by a very helpful gentleman who explained that he wasnt in the office but would check on stock & call back.
Sure enough 30minutes later I got a call to saying he'd checked on his system (even though it was his day off) & items were in stock.
I ordered there n then & they arrive tuesday morning.
Excellent service, courtious & helpful staff & fast delivery ... what more is needed.

As I wonder around the website to locate the item I needed I was able to cross check with item I already had and to the one found on the website and the item no. superceded the one I had so I ordered it and it was spot on and it all arrived quickly. Will order again.

efficient & quick

I ordered 5 pairs of outside calipers and the order was confirmed almost immediately and the delivery was the next day. The quality of the calipers was better than I expected for the price that I paid, will definitely use this company again.

I ordered my 1001 piece Teng Tools kit on the Sunday and thanks to the superb service from Tool Orders, my kit turned up on the Tuesday. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and it arrived in perfect condition.

I placed an order with Toolorders. It took them three days to discover the item was not in stock and to tell me. If they think they can run a successful on-line business without knowing instantly if an item is in stock they are living in cloud cuckoo land! If they had told me instantly it was out of stock at least I might be tempted to try them again some time - but not now. I spend a lot of money with Axminster Tools.
