On June 20, 2023, I ordered a Yeti Rambler 1 Gallon Jug. As of today October 2, 2024, I have not received my item (I know that, I will never receive it) however, they took my money but they did not deliver my order. I just found this site that I can leave a customer's review for this company. (This happened on June 20, 2023 however, this site will not allow me to manually enter the date of purchase so, I had to select a date that was generated for me, which, they should allow customers to manually enter, not a generated date by the site.)

Scammers, I ordered item that I never received.

I ordered an infinity table before Christmas and I have not received it yet I got an email saying that they took my money and it's been shipped but haven't received it yet

Rip off scam artist. This company is a scam website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will instantly charge your credit card and instantly tell you it shipped. When the charge comes through (mine said) Paypal *Kenjer Inc 2211 San Jose, Ca, US.
Dispute this charge right away this is a scam you will NEVER receive anything from them. Warning don't get scammed!!!!! TOOLSHOME.SHOP Is also a scam more than likely the two rip off company's are in this together. Stear clear!!!

Ordered product from this company 2 months ago. My order confirmation says it will be delivered in 7 working days, and still have not received the item. I have emailed them and no response. Definately a scam company, so DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them.

I notified the authorities a year ago. What is it still doing online?? Its a .com domain which means it's a USA domain. The U.S. should have it removed by now.

This company is a complete scam. There is no contact phone number to get in touch with them. I have sent emails every day and can not get a response. Please please please do not fall in to their trap.

It's a scam. They want me to sign in but haven't sent me my connection email. Been waiting hours. So far, after being stupid and ordering something, I saw where I wasn't on the website I thought I was. They have 4 different names they use. Tried to cancel order, but I can't even find it. Except in my checking account where they took the money out.

On 3/6/23 I ordered a 6 foot step ladder they took money from my bank account and still waiting for a step ladder .Ive emailed them several times I'm convinced they are nothing but scam that needs shut down any way we can

This is a complete scam. Order never went past "processing". Sent 4 emails that were never answered. Contacting PayPal but not hopeful for a resolution. Should have read the reviews before I ordered.

They would not answer me they took money from me they did not send my product they just said it was processing for 3 months even though they say it's 7 to 10 business days most of the time I have reached out multiple occasions and they won't answer me please do not trust these people

That company is a fraud. When I ordered something, after they got money (through PayPal) that web screen will changing to a terminate blank screen, then I lost all the order information. Even I only can use my email to track my order in their web sit, the answer is no that order. Also I have sent two email to them, I still didn't got anything. I have reported to PayPal. I hope that don't have any other loser like me!

This website is a complete SCAM. The website has no physical address, no telephone number, no customer service help. I paid with PayPal so got my money refunded.
