Ordered online, but was never available to collect and was refunded without notice
Placed an order online for store collection. Never received an email to say to collect. Went into the store 2 days later and the staff confirmed that my order had not arrived. My online account said ‘hold’ next to the order but no explanation about what it means. 5 days later, I get an automatic refund but no explanation as to why. So I didn’t get what I ordered!
