1 key of a locker not found in the package

In general I would have rated Toolstation with 5 stars, as I had almost never had any problem with them.
On 21-8 2025 I ordered a door locking cylinder and one of the 3 keys was missing.
When I phoned the customer service, I was not aware I was not talking with the Katwijk warehouse, but rather with their general quarter.
They told me to go to the warehouse and exchange it, as they had lot of spares but the warehouse at Katwijk had just a single product like that and needed to order for me.

At the end everything went well, but I needed to wait a couple of days to install my cylinder
