Mower was delivered without a problem. Advance notice of delivery date was given and kept too.
The mower has been used once so far in long grass and coped with it very well.

Valerie/Peter, we did speak to you, it was just that our technician wasn't available when you called and you were impatient waiting for him to call you back. After we collected the lawn mower for a refund, we inspected and tested it and it started first time, no faults were found, the issue was user error.

A good powerful effective machine
The product was well described and well reviewed. Ordering it was very straightforward and the delivery was so quick. I found the instruction manual for assembling a bit difficult to follow from the diagrams but someone gave me assistance. I have used the machine twice and it works well but haven't yet tried the mulching part.

Easy to find machine I needed and great delivery
Easy to find what I wanted and easy to order. Came next dat free delivery, as it was heavy driver happy to put in the garage for me. Have used the mower a few times and no complaints very effective efficient machine able to cope well with average lawn size
