Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Received a faulty petrol lawnmower. Phoned up to discuss, and given instructions on how to fix myself, said they would send me instructions, they never did.
I then phoned to get the lawnmower picked up, they said they would arrange it and I’ve never heard from them again.
Wouldn’t recommend this company due to the poor customer service.
Have sent them multiple online forms and they haven’t replied once.

They have not arranged for the lawnmower to be picked up - this is a false claim. They are telling me how to repair myself, or to take it to the service centre. They are ignoring my statutory rights.

Returned the lawnmower, they’ve had it for over 2 weeks and still not refunded me. In fact they have stopped replying to emails.

Ride On Mower Purchase
They provided me with all the relevant information I needed to purchase a ride on mower. Ordering online was very easy, they followed up by telephone and gave me a delivery date which they met. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful and he clearly explained how the mower operated. I will definitely purchase from them again
