Very satisfied with the service
I've made an online order to toolworld.dk and has asked for the status of that order the day before. Their customer service was very helpful in explaining the situation as the goods I ordered was actually sent from Germany and it would take sometime to arrive. All was explained to me in a very clear and concise information and 2 days after I received the goods in the condition as I expected. I highly recommend toolworld online shop.
