Only negative thing I can say which is down to Miscommunication is that I thought it was a wait while the car was being serviced but they booked me in for an all day which meant I had to walk home and back again which is an hour a way. Won’t make that mistake again. Other than that, happy with the service

Well, what I can say about this dealership, only bad things. I've been for a recall to change my airbag, and I've sat for one hour in this time the guy from customer service he came to me to giving him feedback straight away, even though my car hasn't been done , which I think is weird. He brought my car and they didn't bother to clean after they finished the job, I left and on the motorway I realised the horns he doesn't work anymore. I took the car back, they looked for an hour and then come back to me and said they don't know what can be and they need a day to find out the problem and they'll call me the next day to book an appointment, which they didn't call. Very very disappointed which I don't you recommend to anybody to go to this bad place TOOMEY MOTOR GROUP BASILDON

I had a great experience here at Toomey Citroen Basildon, the advise that Shay gave me after my replacement was done was good and I recommend more people coming here to have the same great experience as me.

Our car had a recall and the service we received by a man called Ralph was outstanding from dropping off the car to collecting it. He was extremely professional and helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble and everything was explained clearly.

I would give 0 stars if I could,
Apparently done a full health check with a recall for airbags, was told no computers was put in my car yet there would be a airbag light displayed if this was true,
I get my car back from airbag recall and engine light is on, the health check apparently has everything fine, yet my car come back with engine light.
When I ask why it has engine light on all the 2 guys kept repeating is we never scanned it or done anything it’s only a visual check.
Everyone seemed so clueless!!
Avoid as much as possible!!
