The Computer says no !
Basildon Toomey : Went to buy some wheel trims for my Fiat . I lost two but still had two genuine Fiat wheel trims on the back . The guy in the parts department couldn’t find them on his system . So after a lengthy conversation it was still “ The computer says no “ I even asked for generic wheels it was still “ The computer says no “ . Completely unhelpful I went to Amazon and got them and guess what……….. they only fit . Further to your reply , how would you know what vehicle Im talking about to give me a reply . Plus your reply is completely fabricated because NO ONE said to me what so ever That you run out of stock ! Because I would have waited ! So please don’t try to me look a fool and certainly don’t question my integrity

Our advisor searched for the correct wheel trims based on your vehicle registration to ensure any parts supplied would be the proper fit and meet manufacturer standards. Unfortunately, the genuine trims available were not in stock at the time, and we do not supply generic aftermarket trim sets, which limited the options we could offer you during your visit.
We appreciate that you were able to source a suitable alternative elsewhere, and we’re glad to hear they fit your vehicle. However, we’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations on this occasion and that the experience felt unhelpful.
