Toomey Motor Group - Toomey MG Southend Reviews 

I booked my car in at Toomey Motor Group Southend for a service and an infotainment system update. The service was completed as expected, but unfortunately the update couldn’t be done due to connection problems. I now need to return for the update, which isn’t ideal and adds extra time and inconvenience.
However, I want to highlight Sarah, who greeted me when I arrived. She was very polite, professional, and made the check‑in process smooth. Her approach definitely improved the overall experience.
A good level of customer care, but the technical issue meant the visit didn’t fully meet expectations.

Sarah was welcoming, engaging and extremely helpful. Made the whole process easy and smooth and kept me updated with what was happening with the car so I wasn’t just waiting and wondering in limbo.

Had my MG HS serviced for its initial service, great service. Sarah on the service desk was fantastic.

Fantastic service as always! Pedro consistently goes above and beyond to help and is a real asset to MG. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support he provides every time.

Sarah made me feel at ease straight away, even before my visit. Sarah was really helpful with booking my appointment and even changed it to an earlier time for me. When I arrived, Sarah made me feel welcome. She had all the information and details ready for me. Sarah was both professional and personable. After the service to my car, Sarah went through the paperwork with me. She then kindly walked me back to my car after checking that I was happy with everything. It was lovely to receive such wonderful customer service.

When calling to book beforehand, Sarah was extremely helpful and managed to fit me in, in the short time frame I had.
Sarah was again very friendly and welcoming on the day, explaining what would happen and also kept me in the loop throughout the time they had my car of what was happening, how much longer etc.

Sarah was great, from the Service booking phone call, to the appointment itself. She was friendly and engaging, but professional. I received a phone call to confirm the appointment and regular updates while I was waiting for my car to be returned to me. She check in on me regarding my experience at the end too. A lovely lady who is a credit to the company.

Everything was of a high standard

From start of raising the issue the service I received from Sarah was at the level I'd expect. I don't alway receive this these days, so was a nice experience from my first phone to collecting the car.
