Great service! I was able to book in the day after requesting and the process has been totally seamless. Demi booked it all in and was there to run through everything. The video explained everything that was done and I was given a call early to say it was all ready. Really happy with the entire process.

I recently had my car serviced at Toomey Nissan in Southend. I was advised that I needed new brakes. I decided to get a second opinion as last year they said I needed new tyres which I didn't. I got another opinion and was told new brakes not needed. I have called for explanation and was told I would teceive a call back but nobody has called me back.

Went today to renew my lease was helped by Jack Higgins he wax very professional made it as easy and comfortable for me as he could was very pleased thanks jack

What fantastic service by the service department. I asked for a quote on two boot struts for parts and fitting and was told I will get the cost Emailed over to me in around two hours, 24 hours later I am still waiting for the cost. I called back only to be told the parts department are short staffed. I phoned another Nissan dealer and got the quote in 10 minutes. They might be good at selling cars but if you need a quote/ repair/service, good luck to you.

I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and the 2024 Nissan Juke Hybrid I purchased.
Since purchase, the vehicle has suffered repeated serious faults:
January 2025: Gear Box Fault - Replacement gearbox installed - value £18k
September 2025: Further gearbox fault occurred - Gears slipping and grinding.
January 2026: Yet another gearbox fault, followed immediately by a HEV system failure.
The dealership is now proposing to replace the gearbox for a second time (3rd gearbox in total), despite the ongoing issues. I have returned the car multiple times, but the problems persist, causing repeated inconvenience, safety concerns, and significant frustration.

Based on my experience and the fact that many other 24-plate Nissan Juke Hybrid owners report similar faults, I cannot recommend this dealership or this vehicle!

The repeated failures and poor resolution process are completely unacceptable.
