Went online booked a consultation only to find out the nearest clinic is in Birmingham, England. Absolutely useless for anyone who lives in Scotland.

My experience so far has been great, I’m looking forward to starting my treatment. They have been really professional and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Zaeem was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was great to be able to talk to a doctor at such short notice.

Took my partner here. First appointment went well didn't wait long. No lift for wheelchair users though and no signage of their company in waiting room. Seemed unprofessional. After the first few months it all went downhill for my partner. The plastic changed, Aligners didn't fit and every appointment I took them to was late. One was late by an hour as they had over booked. 3 or 4 different dentists we saw and it was never the same one. They all did 3d scans which didn't work so I think I'm going to find somewhere else now. Not even anyone on reception half the time. They try to bribe you with money off your treatment if you give them good reviews so don't trust all the reviews on here. Do Invisalign properly at your local dentist don't waste time with these. They are cheap for a reason.

Easy to speak to understood what was needed to resolve the issue and also offer the relevant advice to insure recovery.

Easy to get opinion and possible help. I talked to Dr.Cosmin who was pleasant to talk to and offered prescription. Otherwise could not help as I need to be seen in person with my problem.

The Tooth Fairy app and Dr Zaeem absolutely saved the day today. I have been in agony and can't get an appointment at my dentist until Thursday so my manager directed me to the app as our company offers it as one of our benefits.

I chatted with Dr. Zaeem who has been professional and kind and efficient. Obviously this is not a substitute for visiting a dentist in person but Dr. Zaeem was able to identify a suspected infection, write a prescription and suggest pain medication to keep me sane before Thursday's appointment.

This is a brilliant service. Thank you Dr. Zaeem!

Very good and very professional

From the first appointment to being 2 months in with my aligners, i have had a good experience, aligners came very quickly. Everytime I have a query they are very helpful and arrange an appointment if needed. So far I am happy and can start to see changes in my teeth already.

Dr Monija and the tooth fairy team have been absolutely brilliant so far! Every appointment both over video call and in person has been so friendly and informative. All of my questions have been answered thoroughly. I am just starting on my first aligners and can feel them working to improve my teeth. Any worries I had have been put at ease by Dr Monija.
