Hi. Have you reached out to our support team? I don't see that you have. I'm not sure what you mean by "there is no OS upgrade available."
If you are stuck on an old operationg system that is no longer supported and need to use an older version of the app as a result, then purchasing additional upgrades may not have been necessary and you can request a refund.
If you are referring to the app not working on a new OS, DeNoise AI's current version works on the newest version of MacOS and Windows.

Improved clarity of my photos
This one can do well job with the 360 camare and pictures took by old dc. Quite good!
I had so wanted it to work to save a gallery of images I took at a horse show and couldn't improve camera settings for at the show. They were grainy and noisy beyond belief, the test images in the free trial had been promising but the rest of the gallery seemed to be unsalvagable. I suppose some images can't be saved even with Topaz.

I use this product as a downloaded filter in Photoshop. I like the results with noise reduction and manual sharpening in my editing process. My clients do as well. I would suggest this product to any one in the photography industry. Thank you for your time and thank you for letting me be of service.
Extremely useful for my Wildlife Photography which is sometimes shot in less than bright conditions. This has transformed some unusable shots into stunners!
