I'm experiencing several issues. The first is that the AI seems to have challenges. For example, I have a picture of a face in an antique frame with a variety of flowers covering the mouth. If it cleans up the face, it mutilates the flowers, it messes up the hair, and mutilates some of the frame edges. So if I separate the layers and try to do them one by one (what a waste of time), it either freezes or crashes or takes an hour-ish to even process a single high res version and that version is corrupted with a bunch of artifacts on just the neck or hair and surrounding background, for example and also multilates some of the frame edges. It basically takes several hours to even try anything and get any output that's meaningful on even one layer, and the result isn't great and will require a great deal of additional manual work on my end. I haven't even tried the flowers by themselves yet. I see in your videos and image samples that supposedly, it should be able to do just fine easily with the 3 elements combined (flowers, face/hair, frame). It also softens some areas I'd want to spot sharpen, like eyes. I'm showing my work professionally in juried exhibitions and galleries and need software to help me upsize and clean up a catalogue of smaller works so I can print at large sizes, and so far it isn't working for me. I need something that can do this accurately for a volume of these types of images over time, and it doesn’t even do it layer by layer for one single image so far. I have a day job and don't have this kind of time for this when your samples and videos show it doing it well in these types of complex images. I could definitely use some help.

Gigapixel AI permits prints of bird photos that often required cropping.

Great with digital images. Does a mediocre job with film scans. It introduces unwanted sharpening and artifacts when attempting to upscale images of scanned film.
