dud. i have subscribed and over subscribed to multiple apps of this software to no avail. the upres software is weak.

Sometimes it seems like it doesn't work
It's inconvenient to work with the cloud; it's practically impossible for me. I bought the program and wanted to try Wonder 2, but unfortunately, it's not working. Everything is very complicated. Overall, I'm disappointed
Very Good!
There was not enough information provided about the required PC specifications before purchasing. After buying, I realized my system was not suitable. Additionally, the process to unsubscribe is complicated and not very user-friendly.
Subpar results compared to the older standalone desktop apps.
Just not fairly priced for what it is.
First, the cloud conversion bogged up on me the very first time I used it. It queued up two concurrent previews but wouldn't cancel even though I told it to. Thus, it wouldn't convert anything more and I was stuck. Second, I converted to a cloud subscription pro model to do it locally, but the results weren't much better than my current upscaling process. Since I couldn't use Wonder 2, due to the queued up image issue, I can't compare that to my current upscaling. So, it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to figure out the web upload issue for me. Thus, I cancelled.
Waste of space on my hard drive.
Topaz Gigapixel is a powerful upscaling tool for digital art and images. The detail preservation and image clarity are impressive. It has become an essential part of my creative workflow.
Product works great the size of the application balloons out of control once you actually use it. What I downloaded it it took up two gigs of hard drive space after processing 10 to 12 photos gigapixel alone was taking up over 30 GB of hard drive space and in combination with photo studio it was taking up over 57 GB of hard drive space what I only use it for one week and process maybe a dozen pictures. There's nothing to clear there's no way for me to decrease the size of it other than deleting the programs and I'll redownload them when I have to use them again. I really wish there was a better way
Very hard to use, cannot find subscription details or how to cancel
after paying fully for the software, they then force you into an annual commitment to not have to pay double just to USE THE THING YOU ALREADY PAID IN FULL FOR.
Didn’t work, complained about it and no one answered
Great product. Made my designs pop even harder. Adds texture you can feel on images.
