It’s slow and keeps crashing. I’ve written to customer service but they haven’t replied.
Trash, not worth it
At first I just enlarged the images 3-6x as much as I needed and then I tried to enlarge the image 26x and the result was amazing. This program has helped me a lot in my work, it has all my recommendations.
I tried both the app and online upscaling and enhancement. I saw minimal to no change on either. A slight difference in the online enhancement. But, nothing that is worth the monthly cost. I went back to Dzine just for the image enhance. The app is like 30 gigs or more, and took a very long time to get installed, wasn't worth the wait even if it was free for the small amount of change to the image.
The app feels more like a beta test version than a final product. It’s unstable, and the cloud processing queue keeps crashing. Photos processed via the cloud are often saved to the “Downloads” folder, even when the settings specify that they should be saved to the original folder. There is no preview available for cloud processing, so finding a suitable model can only be done through trial and error. The subscription is overpriced, and there is no option to purchase a permanent license.

Topaz Gigapixel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding image enhancement quality and professional results. The software was easy to use.
Tried several other programs and services and Gigapixel did exactly what I needed it to do.
I needed the monthly subscription, billed monthly, with no 12-month obligation, due to financial constraints, so the fact that I can get the payments to come out monthly, rather than a lump sum annual charge is what sold me. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to afford it.

Definitely the best image enhancement and scaling tool I have ever worked with, it considerably improves the files, but keeps them faithful to the original, without changing expressions due to exaggerating the sharpen. keep improving
