I actually have no idea what I bought in the "Legacy Plan". I already had all three so I guess I bought a pack of updates. I do not like subscriptions. It appears I got. discount as part of the Legacy offer so that works.

Is the better software for restoring photos and videos

Buy it now 35% off Holiday deal ! Fair price for pro tools easy to use to . I’m loving its file saving system spot on for all those where’s my file panickers like me . It’s a step beyond software suite : even inside photoshop they use topaz to enhance and edit and enlarge alongside firefly ai which is more than capable . Your going to need a good photo editing rig , I’m on a rtx 4060 gigabyte laptop 13 gen i7 ten core 16 gig Like butter but it can be system resource heavy for cloud ai on some low spec rigs . I’ve got to mention works seamlessly with other editing software . Use it along side Adobe software you have a pro printing file set up production studio ready for clients and print . AAA

This gives me options for use for different projects. So far the products are working very well for me.

Had high hopes for this product, disappointed in the results. Locked into a year-long contract now with a sub-par product.

Please don't do it!! Save your money. Ineffective product. False advertising!

It's too expensive I appreciate the studio and I appreciate the work you guys are putting into it but I feel like you guys Have just hired two dozen extra employees just to expand and now we have to pay a ton of money just to get the tools that we need. But I might have to find another service or just use the models that I build on my own.

1. Very expensive products 2. They say about "minimum requirements" for the hardware but then desktop apps crush and don't work while matching these requirements. Moreover you can't use almost everything in desktop apps while matching their "minimum requirements" for hardware... 3. Moderate quality. If you are in the topic of neural networks or just want to dive into into it deeply, believe me there are better models and soft that CAN work on desktop. Currently I am redoing things that I got with shitty quality with Topaz Gigapixel. It was the only desktop app that at least somehow did work on my computer for few days untill I cancelled my subscription due to numerous issues on my hardware that was matching their "minimum requirements". 4. During installation the installation of photo AI the program crashed taking around 70Gb instead of 50 that they claim it would take. (After I cleaned files after failed installation I freed around 70Gb...). 5. Lots of space... It just eats space on the disk abnormally. Superbulky and heavy stuff. 6. Haven't even experienced Video AI on my "minimum requirements" 7. Got extremely bad photo restoration with Photo AI. + that many things I couldn't do with this program at all + it was crashing as during installation (what I mentioned) as further during attempts to use it. It looked like all those extremely nice examples of restored photo are based mainly on pics used for training... Then, yeah, ofc it would be super quality. If you want to try topaz, it is totally up to you. But there is definitely better stuff for those who are an experienced person or want to become one. :) Due to this reason honestly speaking I am very happy that topaz didn't work on my computer. I am experimenting now with different networks and I like this experience. Maybe in the future I will train my own stuff. I do plan to upgrade my video card anyway when I have this opportunity but so far I don't really need it because I have achieved the results what I wanted using my "dinosaur", with better quality and safe hardware.

Well, the software runs too slow. I can’t use it for instance to fix up a three minute video would take like three days.

Great tool for reviving old footage shot on old formats

Maybe convenient and cheaper for users

I honestly feel like I made a big mistake signing up for the whole year. The tools are all over the place, many of them seem redundant or overlapping, everything over sharpens and denoising is too aggressive in most cases even on the lightest settings, creative enhancements are ridiculous so far. I have found some luck with upscaling AI generated images and a couple cases of good facial enhancement but many of both were failures. Many of the more advanced upscaling or other tools require the more expensive version and/or cloud credits. I am paying $40/month for a tool that occasionally does better than Photoshop, Affinity Photo 2, Capture One…

Its crap. It freezes, and constantly says "downloading profiles" and you now have to pay a monthly subscription for a new version that does not even work!

Lightroom Plug-ins are not usable. Since switching from Photo AI to the new Photo Studio (and Gigapixel) cannot open from LR. It tries to open, then immediately crashes & closes. I have even redownloaded & reinstalled programs without success. Hoping there will be a fix soon. Otherwise, I love the product, but currently, it makes my workflow too complicated.
