Topaz Starlight still does not work on Mac Tahoe 26.
I know nothing of what I spent several hundred dollars for - I think you make great products - but I have no knowledge what it does or how to access it.
I really like the Topaz Studio Plan. I went with the Pro Plan for at least this year to get more cloud credits.

I've been testing your latest platform recently, and it's generally working normally. Are there a few things you need to improve? First, the software, Astra. I've tried converting different types of videos to 4K high-definition, and it's generally very slow. The videos I uploaded, which are usually under a minute long, take about two or three hours to process. After processing, they barely load, and I had to wait another two hours before they finally load. This means your server is either very busy or very slow, and this is an issue that needs improvement. The most problematic aspect of the second software, Bloom, is the text in photos, especially Chinese characters, which are often garbled. English text is also problematic; text frequently appears in a single photo. If this issue isn't addressed, the software's calculations will be significantly less effective. It excels at calculating images without text, such as insects and small animals—it's unbeatable! I have few complaints about the other software; it's quite good. I hope you improve it soon! 💪🏻💪🏻
