Think it’s a wonderful groundbreaking product for enhancing video quality, and has several different models and options. Just wish there was an easy diy guide for working with different types of footage! There are limitations from my end if working with heavily compressed footage.
As per their refund policy, I did submit a refund request a couple of hours after buying the product and still I have not received the refund.

It’s simply a greedy software.
I wasn't able to use it on the first day due to a bug, according to tech support. When I finally got to use it the new Starlight AI wouldn't work so they said uninstall and revert to an older software. They send me a link to a Mac version, I had to tell them I run a PC and got a new link a whole day later. That failed to install and when I tried to reinstall the newer software it doesn't want to install. So I bought a month long subscription for something I haven't been able to use in 5 days.
I love how I can make old videos more presentable in the modern age. I was sorry you went to a monthly plan instead of the lifetime license I bought. Starlight did make the blue easier to bear.
Blows away the competition if you want pure video restoration/enhancement.

A bit expensive but does the job perfectly
