Cant cancel
Signed up - no box has arrived (was due a few days ago) yet you can't cancel until the box arrives. So trapped in a subscription.
Have emailed twice and facebooked them - non responsive for weeks. Now one email to say 'you can cancel when your box arrives'. Yes but my box is so late, that then the 2nd box will be on it's way and I want to try it first!

Hi lovely,
You can cancel but only after your trial box arrives. Our boxes are all made to order so there is sometimes a little wait for your first box, but that is only so we can bake it fresh for you and this is also mentioned when you join.
We would never charge you for the second until after you had time with your first to see what you think.
