Topdanmark said they can sign me up for betalingsservice. but instead of signing my new insurance up with a new bank account no., they have signed my old insurance up with the new bank account no. good i have discovered that, because it is a big mess, since i have a shared account with my partner to pay our common insurances. but now the commom insurance amount get deducted from my own new bank account. and on top of that, to figure out which insurance (car, house, indbo,..) can ondly be found out by comparing the amount on the topdanmark homepage with the amount that is due in my bank account. If Topdanmark would at least give it a more specific name, then it would be easier to figure out which payment signing up went wrong.
Now i have to contact my bank person to help me tidying up, cause there are also a number of empty requirements... dont know what that means....
Better do it youself, dont let topdanmark mess with your betalingsservice

Very poor insurance company!
I have always been called by one person that said he is my insurance consultant. This person always told me that I am very good insured therefore the price of my insurance. Every time I had an issue or something I would call him and he would be sure that I would get compensated from them. And also every time I called the damage department they told me that exactly that is not insured ending up to pay big insurance price and all the repairs myself.
On top of this, even-tough I have this consultant... I am keep getting calls from other consultants from the same company telling me that I need my insurances adjusted. After the changes I speak with the consultant and he does not know anything about this and he changes them back.
Last week I had the last issue where I again spoke with the consultant and he was sure that I should be getting compensation for... after being played from one side to another (consultant to damage department and the other way around) for a couple of hours, the damage department decided that I will NOT get any compensation and my consultant is not answering the phone anymore... I have tried calling him multiple times on his work phone and on his private phone, sent him sms-es and also voice message, with no luck... he does not answer anymore.
Therefore I will recommend all my friends that I invited to join this insurance company to leave as soon as possible since if they have any issue they will not get any help from this company.

I'm having a super bad experience with TopDanmark. I have a pension fund with this company and recently changed my agreement from the regular pension fund to a 53A and this is where my problems with Topdanmark started. I had a super good meeting with them because I was about to cancel, but in this meeting, the very gentile representative convinced me that the 53A is a more suitable pension agreement for me as an expat. All right, after the meeting and some thought, my signature was emailed to them and my plan was converted.
Since the conversion (it's been almost 2 months now) I am not able to access my area when logged in with MitID. I can't see anything on their website, I have tried contacting Topdanmark several times through e-mail and no success so far. After a lot of back and forth, I had a chat with Henrik 2 weeks ago and he said I was just missing a signature. A signature was sent, but still have no access to my pension fund so far.
I'm unsure what else I can do to access my pension fund at this point and Trustpilot is my last resource trying basically to be heard by TopDanmark.
EDIT October 27th: still waiting to hear back from Topdanmark.

I just got a communication that my pension money was transferred from TopDenmark to Velliv as I moved to another employer, and I was charged 1.927,00 kr.
This charge wasn't stated in any place of my contract.
Before that, I was charged another 650 kr when I moved to this other company and TopDenmark claimed that if I didn't have new deposits this fee would apply.
In total, I have been charged 2,577 kr for just being obliged to change pension schemes as I moved between jobs. The portability that is a right and free of charge has been dismissed with automatic/not authorized withdrawals from my pension.
I request the reimbursement of these non-authorized charges and transfer them to my Velliv account. Thanks for the support.
