Very Disappointing Experience – Long Delays and Poor Communication
I ordered a glass splashback from this company in October 2025 and was initially told the lead time would be approximately three weeks. However, after measurements were taken, it ended up taking eight weeks, with installation only completed in early December 2025.
Unfortunately, the splashback installed was faulty and did not match my original order. Due to the nature of the design, the issue could only be identified after installation, by which point I had already paid in full, over thousand euros.
When I contacted the company, the representative named Andre initially denied responsibility but later acknowledged the mistake and agreed to replace it. I was told this would be done before Christmas, but that did not happen. What followed was months of extremely poor communication. Calls, emails, and messages were often ignored.
Despite repeated attempts to arrange a replacement, appointments were not confirmed, were cancelled, or were miscommunicated. I had to rearrange my work schedule multiple times based on their promises, only to be let down repeatedly.
Throughout this process, the representative named Andre also spoke to me rudely on several occasions, which made an already frustrating situation even worse.
At one point, I was told they had planned to come on a day they never communicated to me. He once claimed the reinstallation was being done as a “favour,” rather than correcting their own mistake.
After several months of delays and frustration, and even after mentioning potential legal action (I had already contacted the CCPC regarding the situation), the splashback was finally installed correctly. This was more than 5 months after the original order, despite being told initially the process would take around 3 weeks.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility made me feel completely disrespected as a customer, after paying over a grand for the service.
