Like it says in the description and on the details of the product. Product was shipped from China.
Customer service responded to my concerns. They told me to ship it to them before 30 days on my dime. I believe if I receive a Cheap plastic piece of junk, they should either provide me with a shipping label or just refund my money and I would throw it in the trash because that’s where it belongs not on a helmet.
Money was not refunded like it’s says in the Guarantee

Fake helmet. They send you fake certificate. No tags ol labels on helmet. No proof, that they have any protection and they dont even try to prove that. Made in china tells all.

The package even came with rail adaptors / atatchments and very comfortable padding.
