A Hatchet -Job Company using harassment, bullying, intimidation and threats to cheat genuine Claimants of what they are entitled to!

A hatchet - job company which uses all sorts of bullying, harassment, and intimidation to demand endless documents that are protected by the Patients’ Confidentiality Act and the Data Protection Act. They keep requesting the same documents already submitted to them

My Insurer imposed this hatchet job company on me after 3 years of failure to settle my Business Interruption( BI), stocks and Contents claims after suffering water damage to my building which they had already accepted about three years ago. They started with lies about what my business entails, making some ridiculous sexist remarks about what profession men and women, apparently only women can be hairdressers, and hair stylists and run hairdressing salons.

My interactions with them so far have shown them to be biased against race, creed, sex, national origin, foreign names, etc.

The company as exhibited by one of the partners namely Mr Mark Pillar is also very arrogant and sexist.

My Insurer imposed this company on me after 3 years of failure to settle my Business interruption claim after suffering water damage to my building which they have accepted. They started with lies about what my business entails, making some sexist remarks about what profession is men and women. They persistently request documents that were sent to them several times in order to frustrate the genuine claims.

My interactions with them so far have shown them to be biased against race, creed, sex, national origin, name, etc.

The company as exhibited by one of the partners namely Mr Pillar in my humble opinion is that he is also very arrogant and sexist.
