Yeah, as much as I'd love to buy direct from Topshop (my favourite when I was younger...a lot of nostalgia)...their new site is terrible. There's hardly anything on there. But because their having a sale atm, I tried to order from them and their website just stopped working. I have gone straight to ASOS as I trust them more, and ordered the exact garments I wanted.

DO NOT ORDER. Online returns do not work. I have tried over ten times to use the portal. It doesn't let you proceed. I have tried to call numbers and find emails, non exist online. The online chat service is a bot. This company is a scam and I will be opening a credit card dispute for the full amount.

Appalling service, cannot speak to anyone. Tried to return an item within the 28 days only to be told that because the order date was not outside the 28 days they wouldn't accept it back. Customer service was non-existent and clearly just repeating lines in a script! Avoid ordering from Topshop if you think you may want to return an item.

Order gone missing - delivered to mystery house. Photo doesn’t match address. No way of contacting as help function doesn’t work . Rubbish as before

They refused to make my brand new top back even though I have only tried it on briefly. Just awful customer service.

Be careful the owner of Topstep is being sued for refusing to pay our customers. They are in big trouble and the owner might end up in jail!

What a horrble experience.
Purchased an electric faucet and also purchased 3 years plus of warranty.
Not a month in of using it correctly as indicated in the user manual, the faucet stoped working.
The customer sevice is worse than an automated computer keeps saying they do not offer a service at home so someone could check it but I have to manually uninstall it and send it to the store.
So in their policy its okay for me to install and uninstall this product and spend more money on these services.
Honestly save your money on this one.

Wow! What a great experience. The service is absolutely fabulous and the body work was perfect. I can’t praise top shop enough!

Top Shop recently charged my credit card for a purchase that I didn't make. I emailed their support several times and have not gotten a reply. I also called their listed phone number which does not work. This has been going on for 5 days now and I still have not received any return phone calls or emails from Topshop. Are these people for real?

Good prices for long lasting clothes with a good selection, could do with physical stores.

This is a mixed review.
Sometimes I find that the value for money of products from Topshop varies.
I have recently brought a pair of shoes, which I was very pleased with the quality of them and the price.
The staff in the topshop.one store are always kind and helpful.
Though I find that a lot of the clothes (not all) are not value for money as the quality is nothing special and not great when compared with other high street shops with the same price points.
I feel as a brand Topshop lacks consistency.

I placed an order on Oct 26 and here it is Dec.6th and no delivery! The payment has cleared the bank.

Will not be shopping with Zara again, poor quality product, ordered a skirt with in 1hour of wearing a hole appeared due to poor stitching. Contacted them to sort this out and 7 weeks later they still haven’t come back to me, contacted them again and they said it’s being looked out. Shocking services for such a large corporation.
