2005 Mercedes SL500 seat covers

Great customer service …
I ordered the top and within days was contacted by phone from an amazing customer service agent telling me I may have ordered a tonneau cover and not convertible top. We reviewed the order and indeed I did. She corrected the order and helped me with the price adjustment. All done in minutes.
Two days later the same amazing agent calls and says the material is back ordered and no one can get it. We reviewed my options of cancellation or keep the order open . Long story short, she was amazing and my order arrived 3 weeks later. Good customer service apparently still exists. Who would have thought!

My shop told me they cant install this…
My shop told me they cant install this top because of the sticking around the rear they cant get the wrinkle out. They said the stitching front the rear to the top is not correct. I had to pay for 4 hours labor and I am off to another shop to see what they say.

Wrinkles, wrinkles, wrinkles
Impressive top at a lower price... BUT I have had many convertibles (6) and many tops replaced (6) ... these tops fit well BUT there are distinct wrinkles in the top (on both sides of the top AND on the rear sides that will not go away. Installer said the top "fit ike a glove but is not adjustable" (Crossfire) Also the rear glass window is heat welded to the top "abnornally" (it does not look like the OEM top)
