I purchased a dress and I don't like the way it fits and I have been trying to return this item for over 3 weeks with no response. I have sent them 5 emails and no response. The only way to return an item is by emailing them with the details and track # but there is no one responding!! Sounds like a scam!
Doesnt reply in customer service, ordered 2 tshirts 10 days ago still nothing , don't use this store.. Will return if it ever arrives

Last week
It used to be good, but that's not the case anymore. They are always out of stock when it comes to most things and different sizes, their site is buggy, slow and just doesn't work as it should. Their customer support straight up sucks and getting a refund is hard, had to chargeback via paypal last time when I returned stuff to them.
Just to add to that, the quality of the clothes have dropped like crazy.
It is sad, I was their loyal customer from the start, they used to have a store called "speedway" in Stockholm back in the days, now they just have a bad web shop...they will die out completely soon if they don't get their sheit together soon.
They take my money 2 times, they dont reply to my messages, 1 month waiting for a refund and i don´t even have a reply to my messages
I ordered some clothing months ago. These jokers haven’t replied to a single email and when I opened a PayPal dispute they just attached a false tracking reference. I wouldn’t go near these guys ever again. I’ve also geeked out and found this site appears to be a clone of Yukka streetwear in the UK - might be worth looking into
May 2020. I bought 3 items: The shoes costed 500kr but made of cheap plastic and look like they will fall apart after one use; The other two items were a hoodie with sewing mistakes all over and jogging panta that look nothing like the ones advertised: Since I'm gonna use them for training, I don't care that much but I would not pay even a third of the price for those items.
Buy cheap and it will be expensive in the long run: Other internet stores provide with much better offer and customer service. Don't take risks.
My recommendation: Do NOT buy from this store...It is not worth it unless you wanna look cheap (Good thing is you will not look cheap for a long time since the clothing will fall apart after a couple of uses)

I had to write three times and remind them to pay me for the shipping cost of the damaged clothes I returned. Another time when I was in contact with their "customer service" they kept closing/saying that the issue is solved, even though it was not. I dont recomend anyone to have anything to do with them.
Very bad customer service. There are plenty of shops that serving their customer well, but this shop is not one of them.
Well over an hour spent on this website trying to pick and order hundreds of pounds worth of clothes. A complete waste of my time. The speed of the site was very slow, both on 4g and WiFi. I couldn’t even get to plug in my financial details to GIVE THEM MY MONEY. I’m got g elsewhere now. Absolutely blooming useless. Don’t waste your time using them.
Ordered 3 pair of jeans. Never got the order. Contacted them on through their errand system and they removed the thread. Contacted them again and they closed it without any reply and when I managed to open it again... it got removed fully again. Please don't order from this company since they don't seem to know what they are doing. Contacted the billing company and they are trying to get in contact with TopStreetWear but nothing so far. Currently I'm just waiting for my money back.
