Arrived promptly and of good quality

Product looked great and well received, only downside was the charge for shipping on top of the product which I felt could have been free considering the price of the product itself.
Was estimated 2-3 weeks to hand make but was delivered around a week after ordering.

Good quality bay trees (ordered x 2, then another one a week or so later). Arrived promptly. Very happy with the orders and service. My only feedback is that since then I returned again to order another bay tree again (and possibly looking at some other bits) the prices have gone up from £24.99 to £34.99 for the same sized small trees in the space of just a matter of a few weeks. Hope prices come back down a bit as would definitely return.

Topiary matches what we bought and is fairly robust, looks good. Only issue is the topiary has some really sharp edges on it which sliced my hand open and had to get it bandaged. Couldn't believe a topiary duck could be so dangerous

The item came on time as expected. Thought the gift message could have been done better. Especially after paying extra for the gift wrap. But the item itself was great and my husband loves it.
