They sent me the wrong sweater and now will not let me return and replace. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!

Got a shirt in a couple weeks but was nowhere the right size and no return info if I could read the address. Will be a gift to my very small sister in law, because I dont think I would see the money back, I give it a terrible revue, and I was dumb not to check the revues. I am ashamed of who is the head of the company, and they won't be in business long. Sorry for the low paid workers. Shame!!!

SCAM!!!! Ordered 3 items from here and NEVER received ANY. They basically just took my money and ran. When I contacted customer service they sent an email back saying items were shipped and I should receive a tracking number soon. That was a month ago. It’s been five months since I ordered my items and nothing!!!

Dealing with them has been a complete joke! NEVER order anything from them!! They have screwed up a coffee mug for father's day 3 times now!! Keeps coming with the wrong name!! A name I've NEVER heard of!! Then they respond with that's how I ordered it!! The deserve ZERO stars!! So furious!!!

Buyer beware. Took forever to get two shirts and when they came they became the first shirts to go to the Goodwill without ever being worn. These are just terrible quality.

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered two t-shirts, took weeks to arrive, and when I did they were way too small fort xxl. Ive been trying to get return info, and no one answers emails, and the 800# is out of service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Im going to try and get PayPal to take care of this for me.

Not even worth 1 star. Firstly, they are fronting as an American company however they are based in China. Delivery received after a couple of weeks.. Small and poor quality tshirts and no delivery note. Emailed a few times before getting a response on returns. They emailed asking why I want to return, a few emails back and forth and still no return details. They then ask for a picture of my order and each of the items (!?!?), begrudgingly I agreed to this and sent photos. Why do they need a copy of my order that THEY PROCESSED AND SHIPPED... and then after chasing again I was emailed to say they would email their suppliers for approval. I'd had enough by this point and started the claims process through PayPal. I've now sent the parcel back which needed to be tracked so cost £15 to ship back to China, thankfully I claim this back through PayPal also.
For your own good DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their returns address that I was given by PayPal is a furniture factory. They claim that they have a 30 day no quibbly returns policy yet not once did they give me any details of returning the clothing.
Clearly I'm not the only person having issues with them and I just wished I had googled them for reviews before purchasing!!!

The only complaint I have is that it took so long to get here. Purchased 4 t-shirts all 4 we're good quality and size appropriate. Cute designs and received all merchandise. Was scared to death to order after reading these reviews just wondering if we used the same company.

SCAM! They emailed to say 1 of the items I purchased wasn’t available. Never heard from them again, nor did I receive merchandise.

The same has happened to me however I will lodge an escalated dispute with PayPal and they will take care of everything including refunding the return postage. I know this as I have just done it to another Chinese clothing company, implying that they were a US one, called Rosefacts.
This will be the last time I buy anything from China or without thoroughly the company and reviews first.
I urge you to take it your disputes to Paypal if you can.

I order the Redeemer T-shirt size M. When I received the item the shirt has the sticker size medium and it was really big and cheap material, I send it back thru USPS with a tracking # with an explanation requesting a refund, They received it on 4/16/19 and yesterday (4/24/19) they sent me an email requesting a picture of the item to be able to process the claim. My advice is that we need to be really careful of what comes in Facebook. It is extremely infected with with scams. Very sad!

Ordered two shirts on the same order. I received one of the items but the other was missing. Now it is 3 days after the delivery date I was given and still haven't received my other item. I contacted customer service and was told I have to wait to get it and from there they could give me a credit. They will not let you do returns or give you refunds! I asked to speak to a manager but was told they only will contact anyone through emails. Unsatisfied customer. Never will order from them again.

Same as all the above. Over 8 weeks to recieve order. Received email saying the pants I ordered where in high demand so order may be delayed. More like, they where probably dealing with high complaints. I have never seen such a shoddy piece of pants in my life. Material was so cheap, thin and see threw, the size was all wrong and it looked like they took 5 minutes to make then. Don't be misled these highwasted pants are scandalous and are nothing like the photo shown, Never again! Another reason to read the reviews.

Item took weeks to be delivered and it took many e mails to get an answer .Ecentually came and the size and quality were awful .Ive been e mailing twice daily but no answer .Do not use this company ,complete scammers .

Horrible customer service. I placed an order 2/14/19 and immediately asked that it be cancelled (wrong discount applied). They promised a response within a short period of time but didn't contact me until 2/26 saying it couldn't be cancelled because it was in process. The system shows the order ONLY was marked for shipping 3/10/19. There is no reason why this couldn't be cancelled. Now, after placing an order 2/14 the package has only just been marked shipped from China so I likely have to wait several weeks before I could even return the item.

Can you give a 0 star? I ordered and it came 4-6 weeks later. It was the most embarrassing piece of junk I ever ordered. On that day I sent them an email requesting a refund. They made me return it and pay $9 shipping for the piece of shi*t and then the took months of emails and pestering to process my refund. Minus their shipping costs. I disputed with my credit card company, and they not only didn’t process my refund after saying they would. They went on to say that I had not returned in the 30 days.... how can I return a product in 30 days that was not received over 40 days later? The product is clearly made by children in China, it looks nothing like the picture. Returning it was so insulting as they will just give it to some other poor customer and continue the process: not only that they commit fraud by offering a refund over and over again in a loop of non sensical emails until people just give up. They need to be reported.

Sure wish I had read these before I ordered.... I ordered something, the ad said it will be shipped within 24-48. Hours, then I received a message that the shipping would be delayed 7-14 days due to the Chinese New Year (huh?), and that they take 3-6 weeks to arrive. What the heck?? I now sit at 19 days - still not shipped. I am disputing the charge on my credit card, and doing everything I know to get the word out about this shabby piece of #&$+ of a company.

I had a terrible experience ordering shirts for my company from this website. Paid after the completion of the order, but no one got back to me afterwards to confirm, then when I tried to reach their support, there simply wasn't a way to find such.

i ordered two pair of pants back in December of 2018 i never got a conformation number or a tracking number ,however they did charge my credit card for both ! what a scam I hope topshirttrends had fun with my money they are such dirtbags !!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!!!
