Dress runs way too small.
I liked most of the items I purchased but my issue was the black dress, it ran super small compared to all the other items in the same size that I've ordered over the years.
I saw that the dress ran small in someone else's review minutes after I purchased it and contacted TopVintage to remove the dress from my order, but even though I'd put that request in minutes after I'd purchased, they said they couldn't do it. I now have a too-small dress that I can't return because I live in New Zealand. Which is a shame, because I've purchased a bunch of clothes from Topvintage over the years. This will have me thinking twice next time.

Dear Georgina, I'm sorry to hear this particular dress didn't fit. We do try to help our customer by providing unique size charts for every item. However this is not a guarantee that the item will fit since every body is different, I'm afraid this is something we can never prevent 100% as a webshop. Indeed, we handled your request per e-mail a few hours later, but our warehouse was faster so we were not able to stop the shipment. We do mention in the confirmation e-mail that an order cannot be changed or cancelled once the payment was completed. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I love the product
I love the product, the material, the quality and the style. The process is very easy my only issue is the return. I had two dresses that didn't fit the way i wanted to and 5he shopping price was extremely expensive. It was more than the price of the dress. I am in California U.S.A. a shipping colaboration ( sugestion) will be helpful so the shipping price is not so expensive.
