A website that actually delivers on many levels!
I purchased 4 items and thought the 10% discount would automatically be taken off (I haven't done much online shopping). I contacted Angeline and her team the next day, explaining it was my mistake. Within the hour, they promptly dealt with this and kindly awarded me the discount.
When the cute box arrived, I opened it, and I was not disappointed! They fitted beautifully, and the quality was excellent. I had followed the advice of checking the size of each individual item; it took 20 seconds. I love feeling a little unique and have already had compliments.
The box even had a little do not enter hanger! The paperwork was clear, as was the no hassle returns policy with a sticker and address label. Although this was not necessary after trying on my purchases.
I ordered late on a Thursday, and my purchases arrived in Scotland to me by the following Wednesday.
I will definitely use this site again! Thank you, Top Vintage. As a woman who embraces her femininity, your site embodies this to the max! ❤️
