Booked topwaste services for my shed removal and some other bits and bobs. Franceska explained me how the pricing works and offered me arrival slot on Monday 9-10am. I received courtesy call from driver am hour before they arrived. They just gave a call to let me know that they are coming and will arrive at 9.20am. Guys arrive on a new van and it was tidy. I showed Alex and David what exactly needs to be done and what needed to go. They were polite and professional. It took them few minutes to assess the job and they confirmed the cost with me which was bit higher than Franceska gave me over the phone but then they explained me the reason and it was because i had a few extra heavy bags of soil. It made sense for me and i confirmed their given assessed cost. After guys started theth job. It took them about am hour and a half. All was left tidy. I was satisfied with the result.
I did recommend them to my neighbour Ben as he had to clear his shed too. He said he got a good service too.
So i can certainly say i had good experience with this company and appreciate the hard work guys did for me. Well done topwaste team.

Very bad service, unfriendly, unreliable

Booked in for a rubbish removal, I asked for a full load, which is a 16 cubic yards van, advertised 250+VAT on their website, but only a very small van (with half of it already loaded) came and said they will have to do 2 rounds, and quoted me 500 to remove the stuff in my garden. Called the office to complaint about this, and the operator was very rude and hung up on me without listening to what I had to say. Also they operate several other websites, when I called, they didn’t even know which company name to tell me. A very dodge company, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else.
