Update on Original review. They offered a refund to delete my truthful review about my experience.
This is my second review. It's long but please read it. It's an update to a review on April 07th describing my issues with this company.
After 2 days, I was contacted by Sara with a long apology and she acknowledged that communication wasn't the best.
This is how the conversation on WhatsApp went after I posted the review between the asterisks

You can see here that I asked when I'm getting the package. She said April 12th. Guess what ? It's April 14th. I still cant track the package on UPS, I haven't received anything. And guess what? She stopped responding again.
I don't know who she's paying to leave those fake reviews (coincidentally only after I posted the first negative one).
This is where things get interesting. I told her I didn't get the package on April 12th. This is the conversation now.

She offered a 100% refund, and asked me to remove the bad reviews since she will be refunding me.
What's the point of the refund when I will not receive my package!
